Rachel's Soccer

Rachel loved playing soccer this year. She even got to play with her friend Kahri. Even though it was different than last year she still had a good time.

She has gotten better each year. She can't wait to play again next year and we can't wait to watch her.

She has become quite our soccer player!! :)

Bill's Training Camp

We got tickets for a night practice of the Buffalo Bills at St. John Fisher college. They gave out lots of free stuff. We all got bags, t-shirts and some other misc. things.
Nathanael especially had a great time. He follows the Bills closely and knows who all the players are. Below are some pictures he took of the players.

Samuel's First Time Fishing

Samuel casting for the first time with his new fishing pole.
He got the hang of it right away.
Nathanael showing Samuel how to take the hook out of the fish's mouth. Nathanael was a great teacher. I had a great morning watching my boys having a great time together.
Samuel's first fish he caught on his own.

Samuel getting ready to throw one of the fish he caught back in the pond.

Well, almost all of them. Most of the boys left for Scout Camp this week, that is, all of the boys except Samuel. Dad and Nathanael left of Saturday for Scout Camp and won't be back until next Saturday...

you know what that means... gluten food and party!! :) We are very excited for this upcoming week. We will miss them dearly, but have lots of fun without them. :) We love you guys!! :)

Happy 17th Anniversary!!

Today is our parent's anniversary. They have now been married for 17 years now. Wow!! Life can be pretty hard sometimes with going this way and that, doing that thing and the other, but it can be rewarding. Take us for example :) Even though we may not show it all of the time, we are still grateful for everything that you do for us. For taking us places, for staying up late and cleaning and for just loving us even when we weren't being the best and doing what we were suppose to...

We are so grateful for everything you do for us. We hope you have many, many more happy years together :) We love you!!!

Love,
Your Children

Red Wings Game

We went to a Red Wings game where Abigail and the rest of the 4th grade class from French Road Elementary sang the National Anthem.

Our neighbors the Silvas sat with us it was a great time by all. We actually made it through the whole game.
